We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
If we do not have the items in stock, but our suppliers do, you can count on a delivery time of approximately 1 week after receipt of payment. When we expect the delivery time to be longer, you will be informed by email.
SubliX - XbliX can use recycled material for the packaging without obtaining prior permission.
All products are packaged as well as possible to prevent damage.

The shipping method can be chosen between shipping or pick-up during the order. You will then find the shipping costs in the order overview, which will also be sent to your specified email address as an order confirmation.
For the majority part we have fixed shipping costs. With some manufacturers we have different shipping costs because they are related to the weight and the value of the order.
The fixed shipping costs for the Netherlands are € 3.95 (letterbox) or € 6.95 and that is the cost of packages up to 10 KG or because of size with a track and trace code.
The shipping costs for foreign countries are higher, we are still investigating how we can reduce them.
Delivery of the order
DHL, DPD, Select freight, GLS, TNT, UPS or PostNL will try to offer the order to you. If this fails, the deliverer will leave a notification with you. With the help of the instructions on this notification you can still receive the order.
NEVER take a damaged package. For delivery by DHL, DPD, Select freight, GLS, TNT, UPS or PostNL you have to have this done by the delivery person. Then contact us.
Received wrong article?
You can of course return this to us. We request you to contact us by telephone (+31 (0) 45-8800284) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org - email@example.com). Of course we will ensure that you receive the correct article as soon as possible.
Ordered wrong item?
As long as it is complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging you can return it to us franked. We ask you to enclose a copy of the purchase invoice, stating your bank or giro account number. We will then refund you the purchase price of the goods. We can not take back custom work or personal photo items.
